Competitive Pay-up to $0.66 cpm (mileage paid positions) based on prior experience:

- 6 – 12 months-$0.52
- 1 - 3 years-$0.53
- 3 - 5 years-$0.54
- 5 - 7 years-$0.55
- 7 - 10 years-$0.56
- 10 - 12 years-$0.57
- 12- 14 years-$0.58
- 14 - 16 years-$0.59
- 16 - 18 years-$0.60
- 18 - 20 years-$0.61

Vacation & Holiday Mileage Pay
$0.01 per mile

Performance & Safety Mileage Incentive Pay
Up to $0.03 per mile
*Drivers are eligible for Miles Utilization, Safety and MPG Incentive Pay
in addition to their normal milage and vacation pay.
Paid on a weekly basis.
Example: A driver with 10 years of experience may earn up to $.61 per mile.
In addition, drivers are eligible for productivity pay for unload pay, stop/spot/drop pay, layover/breakdown pay & detention pay.
