Class A CDL Regional Truck Driver Position

Job Details

Pay and home time: We offer our CDL A Dedicated truck drivers 10-14 days out and home for 1 day every week out. You will average $1,225 to $1,450 per week with an annual average pay of $64,000 to $74,000. We offer a daily minimum pay guarantee of $175 per day as long as you are available to work with no loads refused. This includes if your truck is in the shop, bad weather or any other delay outside of your control. We offer a sign-on bonus of $3000 and give annual pay increases.

Duties: As a CDL A Dedicated truck driver you will be running the MidWest, Northeast all throughout Texas. You will be hauling refrigerated freight in a Reefer trailer that is 53 feet long. You will not be required to unload, our freight is 100% No Touch and is a combination of drop and hook and live load/unload. You will be driving the truck to its destination in accordance with Federal regulations, normally periods of up to 11 hours of driving followed by an off-duty period of at least 10 consecutive hours.

Equipment Details: Our late model Kenworth T-680s are all automatic and fully equipped with Thermo King APUs, 2500 Watt Inverter, refrigerator, double bunk and Bluetooth. We have an outward-only facing camera so you do not have to worry about being seen inside your truck. We have a rider policy and pet policy with no wait time.

Orientation: By joining our team as a CDL A Dedicated truck driver we will provide travel to our orientation. Provide you with single person hotel room and 3 meals per day. Once you have completed orientation, you will be assigned a truck and routed home (drop a few loads on the way) to get your personal belongings.

Application Process: Fill out a DOT application and we will give you a call to go over the position in detail. We will run all required reports and contact any DOT previous employers. Once that is complete, we let you know if the position is still available and set up travel to orientation. We will keep you informed every step of the way during the application process which usually takes 2-3 days.

Qualifications:

• Class A License (CDL-A)


• Current DOT medical card


• 6 months in 12 months with recent CDL School or 1 year in 3 years


• Able to sit and remain alert while driving for a period of up to 11 hours per day


• Operate Electronic log books - Qualcomm


• Able to enter and exit the cab of the vehicle multiple times per day
