Job Description:

Pay & Benefits:

• Weekly Pay: Average $1,100 per week (depending on mileage, safety, and productivity).
• Yearly Pay: Approximately $57,200 annually.
• Detention Pay: $12.50 per hour after 2nd hour.
• Layover/Breakdown Pay: $100 per day.
• Sign-On Bonus: $500 after the first load and another $500 after 30 days.
• Bonuses: Mileage bonus, eligible once you reach safety and productivity targets.
• Home Time: Out for 12 days, then home for 2 full days (48 hours) every other weekend.
• Equipment: 2021 or newer Cascadia Freightliners or KW’s.

Requirements:

• Age: Must be at least 21 years old.
• Experience: Minimum 3 months of Class A driving experience.
• Freight: 100% no-touch freight, with 50-60% drop & hook and 40-50% live unload.
• Route: OTR covering all 48 states, mostly East of I-35. No forced dispatch into NYC or its 5 boroughs.
