Dedicated position and $1,000 orientation pay!
This position operates within a 300 mile radius of our customer’s facilities in El Dorado, AR or Glenwood, AR. Drivers can expect to be home every other night at a minimum along with a weekend reset. Experienced drivers choosing the percentage pay option can earn:
- Up to $1,500 per week
- Quarterly fuel bonuses (up to 2 cents/mile)
- Annual safety bonus (up to 2 cents/mile) and vacation bonus based upon years of service
Flatbed drivers in the top 10% of our fleet averaged over $85,000 in 2020. Our bonuses are real – we paid over $1.8 million in 2020!

- Valid United States driver's license held for a minimum of two years
- Class A CDL with 6 months minimum driving experience
- Not cited for a DOT preventable accident in the past three years
