This Flex-time role drives a CDL-B straight truck and provides ultimate flexibility allowing you to tell us how much and when you are available for work. Inontime's Flex-time positions offer competitive hourly compensation, overtime after 40 weekly hours, quarterly profit sharing, non-participation required 4% 401k, and the opportunity to become an owner through our Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP). Moreover, we offer a premium of $2.95/hour for full-time team members working between 6pm and 5am.
We're looking for quick-learning, safety oriented drivers with the following qualities:
· Solid understanding of the rules of the road
· Current CDL-A and DOT medical card
· Basic computer skills
· Demonstrated attention to detail and commitment to safety
· Perpetual drive towards learning, developing and growing
· Solid communication skills
· True team-player, as everyone at Inontime conducts themselves as a co-owner
Additionally, we're looking for the following qualifications:
· High School diploma or equivalent
· A driving record that reflects safe driving
· Must be a U.S. citizen or green card holder
