CDL Truck Driver

Job Summary:

Drives truck equipped with capacity of more than three tons to transport materials to and from specified destinations by performing the following duties.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Operates vehicle in accordance with CEI Safety policies, OSHA and DOT requirements as well as all local, state, and federal laws.

1. Follows planned and approved routes to transport materials as directed by Dispatch.

1. Maintains electronic logs.

1. Responsible for collecting and turning in load tickets daily. Loads will not be paid unless load tickets are received.

1. Maintains contact with Dispatch daily.

1. Performs mandatory pre-trip and post-trip inspections, as required by DOT.

1. Adheres to all safety rules and regulations.

1. Performs all duties as instructed to meet customer needs.
