We are hiring for Super Locals- These are home daily drivers. They work 5 days a week. Either a Sun / Thurs or Tues / Sat. They can work a 6th day if they want to. They will do some local PND . They will run upwards of 550 miles per day.
UTILIZATION / SAFETY
- Clean DOT Safety Inspection for level 1 $150, 2 $75, 3 $25 (no violations)
- Detention Pay- $18.50 hour after the first 2 hours
- Breakdown Pay $18.50 hour after the first 2 hours and if required to Layover- $150.00

EQUIPMENT
2017-2019 FREIGHTLINER CASCADIAS, 2020 PETERBILT 579’S, 2015 and 2019 INTERNATIONAL PROSTARS. 2019 FREIGHTLINER CASCADIA’S and 2020 PETERBILTS 579’S are the majority of automatics. More than half are automatics, about 70% of the fleet.
CUMMINS engines on all but the 2019 FREIGHTLINERS with Detroit DD15 engines.
We utilize GOODYEAR recaps for tractors, MICHELIN and GOODYEAR for trailers.
One bunk for sleepers. Only day cabs are the 6 CNG units in Dallas, the rest are sleepers.
Company owned trucks are set to 75MPH Pedal Speed, 72MPH Cruise Control. Lease trucks are set to no more than 70MPH. CNG day cabs are governed at 65MPH.
Most of our trucks are equipped with collision mitigation systems that are a great safety feature. We do not limit idle time on sleepers for driver comfort.
ALL SUPER LOCALS MAY GO OUT OF ROUTE, 325 MILES IN ANY DIRECTION!!!!!
