Dedicated Delivery Driver/Warehouse

Hunt Electric, Inc. is seeking a full-time Dedicated Delivery Driver to join our team within the Operations Division. This is a full time, non CDL position.

The Dedicated Delivery Driver needs to be able to work in a team environment with other employees to assist in warehouse related duties and coordinating project shipping needs. This position required you to enjoy working with people in-person, and over the phone with various support needs, be dependable, organized, and have excellent customer service and problem solving skills. This Non CDL Dedicated Delivery Driver position will be responsible for deliveries to and from job sites, vendors, and other Hunt locations. They will also assist in general warehouse duties, general building and yard maintenance, and the processing of inbound and outbound product and material for the company and project needs.

 Major Duties

• Making deliveries and picking up materials at jobsites, vendors, and other Hunt locations.
• Receiving and checking in materials.
• Forklift Operation.
• Warehouse organization.
• General building and yard maintenance.
• Communicating with Supervisor, Peers, or Subordinates.
• Other duties or locations assigned by manager.

 Minimum Qualifications

• Must have a current and valid driver’s license.
• Must be able to pass a drug test, background check and physical ability test.
• This position requires ownership, accountability, integrity, dependability and following through on tasks.
• Experience with General Labor/Construction Labor Environment helps.
• Experience with running heavy equipment is a plus.
• Self-motivation/Self Starter (a go getter).
• High School Diploma/GED.
• Ability to lift 75lbs.

Work Schedule

This is a full-time position with a typical working schedule of Monday - Thursday 7:00am – 5:00pm and Fridays 7:00am – 2:00pm.
