All applicants must be prepared to do 1-2 phone interviews with our leadership department & terminal managers. They must also be efficient with checking their emails regularly, as well as replying to/returning any texts or calls from our HR Dept. This will keep the app. process running smoothly. Please allow us at least 2 weeks for on-boarding due to COVID restrictions on in-person office staffing. Qualified applicants must possess excellent communication & customer service skills. - 3 full months current SOLO verifiable T/T experience OR
- 1 full year of verifiable T/T experience in the past 18 months
- Stable job history required
- No prior safety terminations
- No more than 2 jobs in the last year AND no more than 6 jobs in the last 3 years
- Must have a very good MVR
* Local Experience will count
* Trailers MUST be 45’ or up
* Will consider Military experience
Pay, Hometime & Other Info:
$1,300 average weekly pay
.48 - .52 CPM
$40 per stop plus $40 per load
Layover, breakdown & detention pay
$70,000 - $75,000 yearly to start. Most fleet drivers make $80,000 - $85,000 yearly
$2,600 annual bonus
Quarterly safety bonus of .35 CPM paid on ALL MILES driven for the quarter
5 days on & 2 days off. Typically home SUN-MON
Drivers will train during their 1st week
