Compensation:
- Starting Hourly Pay: $16.00 an hour
- Average annual earning range: $45,760 - $52,000
- Hourly Base Rate with 45-55 average hours per week
- Overtime is paid after 40 hours worked
- Additional Pay Incentives:
- Performance Bonus: Eligible after 90 days
- Paid via direct deposit weekly

Home Time, Schedule & Route:
- Home Time: Home daily
- Schedule: Monday - Friday (weekends as needed)
- Shift: Typically 8-12 hour shifts with start times between 4am, 5am, 6am (until work is done)
- Route: Deliver to cities across Ohio

Level of Touch: Touch Freight, load & unload
- Must be able to lift, push, and pull 50lbs with no assistance
Equipment:
- F550’s up to 26’ box trucks
- Trucks are automatic
Qualifications:
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Must have a valid license
- 1 year of commercial driving experience is preferred but not required
- 0 DUI/DWI are allowed
- Must meet Department of Transportation (DOT) testing and physical requirements and be knowledgeable of DOT regulations
- Must be able to pass a required pre-employment drug screen
- Must be able to work in all types of environments and under difficult conditions: hot, cold, dust, indoors and outdoors
