Job Description:

Responsibilities:
- Transport dry van freight across multiple states in a safe and timely manner.
- Adhere to all DOT regulations and company policies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date logbooks and records.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and other team members.
- Ensure the proper handling and securement of freight.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections on assigned equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of truck and trailer.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 months of recent OTR driving experience (excluding drive time with a mentor/trainer).
- Valid Class A CDL and a clean driving record.
- Ability to pass pre-employment screenings, including drug test and background check.
- Strong work ethic and commitment to safety.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Flexibility to be on the road for 10 days at a time, with 2 days home time (extended time out available for those who prefer).
- FL applicants must be prepared for extended time away from home (at least 3 weeks at a time).
