  • Assigned tractors.  We have a no slip–seat policy.
  • All tractors have automatic transmissions, APU’s, and inverters.
  • Volvo VNL 860, Volvo 780, and International LT 625 73? Sky-Rise Sleepers.
  • Tractor speed set @ 65 mph on the pedal, 68 mph on cruise control.

    Requirements:
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Minimum Driving Experience: 6 months verifiable tractor-trailer Class A
  • Required Class-A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL Class A)
  • No major/serious violations in the last 3 years including leaving the scene of an accident, speeding violations 15 mph over posted speed limit, reckless/careless driving, and driving under the influence DUI or DWI.
  • No drug convictions, positive screens, or refusals within the last (3) three years.
  • No Felony convictions within the past 10 years.
  • Verifiable work history, most recent (3) three years.
  • 90 days to get your Hazmat and Tanker endorsements.  These endorsements must be maintained while employed at Elite Express. 
  • Drivers are required to be available to run 11 out of 14 days, and be available to drive when their shift resets.
  • ELITE EXPRESS WILL REIMBURSE NEW DRIVERS FOR THEIR TSA SCREENING COSTS
