Truck Driver

OVERALL PURPOSE/FUNCTION:                                                       

Drive and operate trucks
while abiding by traffic laws and ensuring safe loading, unloading and delivery
at their destination.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND
RESPONSIBILITIES:

 Include the following.  Other duties may be assigned.

·        
Drive locally and occasionally regionally

·        
Hooking/unhooking
Trailers safely

·        
Daily inspection
of truck

·        
Loading/unloading
trucks, as needed

·        
Work on minor
repairs on the truck

·        
Keep truck clean
and assist with general warehouse upkeep

·        
When not driving,
other duties may be assigned

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:

·        
2 years of driving (OTR Regional Local)

·        
Have CDL Class A with good driving record/Passenger
endorsement preferred

·        
Up to date MED DOT Card

·        
Pass mandatory drug test

·        
Pass CDL background check

·        
Good work ethic
