Experience Requirements:
Drivers MUST have 9 full months of solo verifiable OTR driving in the past 15 months.
* These 9 months must include 2 months of winter driving in December, January, or February.
* LOCAL Experience or Training Experience will ONLY count if Driver drove in inclement weather
All trucks have TV’s, refrigerators, microwaves and large sleepers. We also have a great dispatch team, as well as open door management.

Running Area: NC, VA, MD, WV, OH, KY, IN, IL, PA, and some New England. NO NYC

2 day local orientation
All new drivers are eligible for ONE of the following hiring bonuses:
Option 1 (with qualifying safety record)
Initial $1475 (HAZMAT) or $1300 (NON-HAZMAT) CSA Safety Bonus + 8 hrs. Paid Time Off + orientation pay

$1,475 (with Hazmat Endorsement) or $1,300

Initial Sign-on Bonus of $1125 + orientation pay
BASE PAY:
.67 CPM 14-29 mo. exp./ .69 CPM 30+ months exp.(W/O Hazmat)
.69 CPM 14-29 mo. exp./.71 CPM 30+ mo. exp. (With Hazmat)
Average $1300 - $1600 per week
Short-haul pay also paid out for shorter runs
Detention pay after 1 hour
Other accessorial pay when applicable (i.e., stop-off pay)
Driver Referral Program:
Company Truck Drivers can easily earn additional income simply by referring other truck drivers to us!
1) $1,000 per driver, payable after your referral successfully completes orientation and hauls their first load.
2) Opportunity for an extra CSA Safety Bonus and a $600 On Road Safety Bonus each time you earn a referral over the next 12 months. Company Truck Drivers have the opportunity to earn the bonus every 90 days, so you could receive up to 4 extra payouts of the bonus if you meet the safety requirements. This option is valid only if your referred driver continues to be employed for an uninterrupted period at the time of potential payout.
