You’ve worked hard to get your Class A license. You studied, went to the Academy. You stood in line at the DMV. Now no one wants to give you a shot at driving because you don’t have 1 year’s OTR experience.
Many Carrier’s will though, but you have to be careful to choose the right one. Some will try and take advantage of your inexperience. We won’t.
Not only will we give you that chance. We will go ahead and reimburse you for the money you laid out for your Academy tuition. Pay you competitive wages and put you through 30 days of hands on training helping mold you into a good safe driver.
After you completed your 30 day OTR training you will come home then take 2-5 days off. After which you will be assigned your company truck and start earning $1,000-$1200 a week on average.
We need entry level drivers. Class A Drivers at entry level position. We have trucks sitting empty. Once you apply will well call and do a short phone interview with you.
Once approved for Orientation we then get you set up for Orientation. You’ll spend 3 days in orientation.
After successful completion you will be able to obtain experienced driver level and obtain higher paying dedicated, regional and OTR runs ect.
