Once you put in your application today. We will call and do a short interview. If we think you’ll be approved we will help you put in your application. The process normally takes about 24-48 hours.
We will bring you into orientation. Once you have completed successfully you then will get hired on a temporary basis. You then will go into our OTR Training program and drive throughout the US for approximately 4 weeks.
Once completed training successfully you will then be hired as a First seat driver and get moved into your own truck realizing a huge pay increase. Most new Class A drivers are averaging between $950 and $1250 per week.
Once achieved you will be able to obtain higher paying dedicated, regional and OTR runs ect.
Once you work with us... We won’t keep you in training for extended periods of time. We allow you to move up quickly making bigger pay checks. We will get you home more often. We use excellent maintained trucks that won't have you parked on the side of the road.
We also offer tuition reimbursement up to $7,000 to pay off your Academy loan when you obtained your CDL.
