Truck Driver Beginner

Truck Drivers Entry Level positions available. 24 openings for Class A drivers will be filled this week.

You have your Class A CDL license but no experience yet. Many carriers won’t give you a chance without experience we will.

Put in your application. Send us your resume. We will call and do a short interview. Once qualified we will help you put in your application. Approvals are taking up to 48 hours on average.

Once approved you can complete orientation online. Once that is completed you will go out with a trainer for 2 weeks. Upon successful completion you then get moved into your own truck for a probationary period of 10 weeks.

Once completed you will be able to obtain higher paying dedicated, regional and OTR runs ect.

Once you start we won’t keep you in training for extended periods of time. We allow you to move up quickly making bigger pay checks. We will get you home more often.

We use excellent maintained trucks that won't have you parked on the side of the road.

We also offer tuition reimbursement up to $7,000 to pay off your Academy loan when you obtained your CDL.

To qualify as a Class A Driver at entry level you must…

• You must have your Certificate of Completion and DOT PHYSICAL card on hand to email us right away for the two week training. Not necessary for the 4 week training. For the 4 week training position you will bring your CDL and DOT PHYSICAL paperwork with you to orientation.
• You must be least 21 years of age.
• Have acquired your CLASS A license in the last 2 years for the 2 week training. Not necessary for the 4 week training position.
• Possess fairly clean MVR no suspensions in the last year. No serious charges.  No recent accidents that you were at fault.
• Be able to pass criminal background check no serious charges
• Be able to pass all DOT related tests including hair or urine test
• Possess current Class A CDL and DOT physical in good standing

You will enjoy late model Freightliners and Peterbilt trucks. We offer 10 speeds and Automatic trucks. If you have an Auto Restriction, no problem.

After training drivers will enjoy big paychecks $950-$1250 on average and an Excellent Benefit Package from Blue Cross Blue Shield including Life and vision insurance and 401k. We also have a rider policy from day one.

If you don’t have your CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION we offer a 4 week OTR training program as well. All you need is your Class A License from a good training school or company. (at least 120-160 hour school)

We will not hire you if you got your CDL within a week or two or on your own. We are a safety minded carrier. Safety is job one.

Your training pay won’t be much while you are in the 2/4 week training. After training is when your paycheck doubles and triples depending on which position you and your driver manager pick for you.
