Newly Licensed Class A Truck Drivers. No driving experience? No problem.
Do you currently have your Class A CDL, but just don’t have any driving experience? We are offering a great entry level position with great pay, great benefits and home time options.
To qualify, you must meet the following requirements:
Must currently have a valid Class A CDL license, have a stable job history and a good MVR with minimal tickets and accidents. Must also be able to pass all DOT related tests & pre-employment screenings.
App process overview:
- Once we receive your inquiry, we will contact you to schedule a phone interview to pre-qualify you. Once we determine that you qualify, we will then review all of the job details with you and move you forward to the application process.
- Following this, we will help you fill out part 1 of your online application. We will email you a link to complete part 2 on your own.
- Your app will be reviewed by an app processor and then you will be contacted regarding your approval.
- Once you are approved, you will be scheduled for a 1-2 day compensated driver orientation. We will schedule you at the closest location that we have to your current city. If you live 60 miles or more away, we will reserve a private hotel room for you. Breakfast is provided at the hotel and lunch will be catered in.
- Upon successful completion of orientation, you will officially be hired and go out with a mentor driver for 4 weeks. This will give you all of your required behind the wheel hours. You will be paid $800 a week SALARY during this time.
- Following the completion of your training, you will come home for 3-5 days and then meet with a fleet manager to choose a run. You will then become a solo driver and move into a FT position. Your pay will increase to anywhere from $1,100 - $1,300+ per week (depending on the run you choose) We also have a $1,000 per week minimum pay guarantee. Home times will vary depending on the run. OTR and regional are available to all trainees.
- You will also be eligible for our full benefits package at 30 days: Medical, dental, vision, 401k retirement, $10k in company paid life insurance, disability insurance and paid vacation. Our trucks are 2021-2022 Freightliners (mostly autos)
- CDL school tuition reimbursement available up to $5,000.
