You have Class A license but no one will hire you because of your lack of experience. We will help you get started in the Trucking industry.
Trucks are sitting empty so we are hiring entry level drivers right away. Currently we have 18 openings in the Dallas Ft Worth metro area. After you apply we will call and do a short phone interview with you.
Once your application is processed we then get you set up for Orientation. You’ll spend 3 days in orientation.
Once you complete orientation you will immediately get hired as a trainee and go out with a trainer OTR (over the road) for 4 weeks. No days off, the goal is to mold you into a safe successful Class A driver. You will travel the whole country.
Upon successful completion you then come home and take 2-5 days off. You will then get moved into your own truck and start earning bigger pay checks. Most drivers are averaging from $950-$1250 per week.
Various positions will be available to you. OTR, Dedicated and regional positions with varying home times and days off.
We don’t keep you in training for extended periods of time. We allow you to move up quickly making bigger pay checks. We get you home more often. We use excellent maintained trucks that won't have you broken down on the side of the road.
We are also offering tuition assistance of up to $7,000 to pay off your Academy loan when you obtained your CDL.
