Class A Truck Driver Entry Level
You just got your Class A license, but no driving experience yet? Most carrier's won't give you a chance, we will.
Before you read on please understand this is a trainee position that will have you out for your first 30 days all over the country with no days at home. The goal is to build your confidence behind the wheel and mold you into a good safe driver. It's like basic training in the military.
The job is for a big box store that you will wait for the employees to do a live load/unload. 100% no touch on your part.
When you first start pay is just $650 per week for the 1st 30 days only. Once you come home you will take 2-5 days off then come back and chose one of the many open positions we have available.
We have 18 positions for inexperienced drivers, like yourself, which features great pay, great benefits and many home time options.
We also offer many opportunities, such as dry van, reefer, tanker and flatbed.
We also offer CDL Academy tuition reimbursement available for those who paid out of pocket to go to school. Up to $1,000.

This is our hiring process, as well as the job details:
- Once we receive your application, we contact you and conduct a phone interview to pre-qualify you. Once we determine that you qualify, we will then review all of the job details with you and move you forward with the application process.
- After this, we will help you fill out part 1 of our online application. Then we will email you a link to complete part 2 on your own.
- The application will be reviewed by an applicant processor. You will then be contacted regarding your approval.
- Once you are approved, you will be scheduled for driver orientation. We will reserve a hotel room for you. Breakfast is provided at the hotel and lunch will be catered in.
- Upon completion of orientation, you will officially be hired and go out with a driver trainer for 4 weeks. You will be paid $800 a week during this time.
- After your training, you will then meet with a fleet manager to choose a run. You will then become a solo driver and move into a FT position. Your pay will increase to anywhere from $1,200 - $1,400+ per week (depending on the run you choose) we also have a $1,000 per week minimum pay guarantee for your first 6 months. Home times will vary depending on the run you choose. (OTR, regional and local)
- You then become eligible for our full benefits package at 30 days: Medical, dental, vision, 401k retirement, $10k in company paid life insurance, disability insurance and paid vacation.
- Our trucks are newer well-maintained Freightliners (mostly autos) we have also partnered with SNHU and are pleased to offer our drivers and their immediate family FREE tuition for online college classes.
To qualify you must...
- Be at least 21 years of age
- Be able to pass all background checks no serious charges with none pending
- Be able to pass all dot related tests including hair or urine
- Have a great dmv report with no pending tickets
- Possess a current Class A License and DOT physical
- Be able to start within the next few weeks
