Semi-Local Truck Drivers Needed For Dedicated Account
*Evening and overnight driving required. Home every other night.
Experience Required: (Must have at least 1 of the following)
- Minimum of 3 months solo experience in the last 36 months. The 3 months experience must be with no
more than two carriers, and driver can have no preventable CMV accidents during the 3 months
- 6-12 months OTR experience in the last 3 years with carriers less than 50 trucks/drivers. 3 carriers maximum
- 12 months safe OTR experience in the last 5 years. 4 carriers maximum.
- 24 months safe OTR experience in the last 10 years. 6 carriers maximum.
- 6 months local experience in the last 12 months
- 12 months local experience in the last 36 month
- Must have a good MVR & a stable job history
- Must be able to pass ALL DOT related tests
Details:
• Home at least every other night. The average LOH is just over 500 miles.
• Will be delivering to stores throughout Texas. Starting with Dallas, TX stores. This will be live unload
• Avg pay should be around $1250 - $1350 depending on experience level.
• .52 .61 CPM based on experience
•Pick-ups will be in the afternoon/evening with overnight deliveries. Evening and overnight driving required.
• Week will typically start Sunday afternoon and should finish Friday morning.
•Must have reliable transportation to drive back & forth to the DC.
•Newer automatic trucks with sleepers
•2 day orientation

Our Shops: Trucks will receive a pre-seat 6-point inspection and cleaning before new Dedicated drivers are seated after completing orientation.
Road Ready Crew: We have a Road Ready Crew that will clean and inspect trucks weekly.
You: We’re asking drivers to do their part by making sure their truck is clean at the end of their shift.
We are also pleased to offer free college for company drivers and their children.
With our full ride program, we will pay 100% of the college tuition for two family members at a time, either 2 dependent children or the driver and one dependent.
